Not a dashboard to decipher. A pattern, explained in language, with the honesty to say what it cannot yet prove.
Start building my baselineWhy wasn't my sleep as good this week?
Ask Thrive
Your sleep duration has been relatively consistent, but your recent pattern shows later bedtimes alongside higher evening activity. Both appear associated with lower recovery the following morning.
Ask Thrive highlights associations in your own data. It does not diagnose, and association is not the same as proof of cause.
Vital signs
Designed to be worn around the clock, Thrive captures supported measurements automatically at regular intervals. HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, temperature and metabolic response sit beside your sleep, activity and check-ins.
Blood-pressure trend estimates are not equivalent to a validated cuff reading and are not a diagnosis or a replacement for routine clinical checks. Personal baselines require enough consistent data before they become Established.
Body composition
Weight loss is only part of the picture. Understanding changes in body fat, lean mass and body water gives you more context as you work towards your goals.
The Thrive Band uses Bio-Z sensing to estimate all three from your wrist, so you can follow your body composition over time alongside your training, sleep and activity.
If you're using weight-loss medication, the number on the scales may get most of your attention. Tracking body-composition estimates can help you keep changes in lean mass part of the conversation too.
Bring regular readings together to see trends that weight alone can miss. Measurements taken under consistent conditions make those comparisons more useful.
Share your trends with your trainer or treating health professional to support conversations about your nutrition, strength training and weight-management plan.

One place to understand you
Thrive builds your personal baseline and looks for changes over time, so you are comparing yourself with yourself.
Explore relationships in your own information: late meals and broken sleep, training load and next-day recovery, a symptom that keeps landing after the same food.
Ask questions about your own information instead of deciphering dashboards.
Notice an association, test one change for a period, and review what moved. Keep it or drop it — what you learn becomes part of your Health Fingerprint.
Starting points
Choose a starting point. You can explore more as you go.
How am I tracking?
Your Band takes readings at the interval you choose, building a picture of your usual patterns as you go. Add how you feel and keep relevant information together for your next conversation.
How do my nights line up with my days?
Review sleep quality, duration, regularity and timing alongside your energy check-ins and recovery information.
How is my body changing?
Follow body-composition estimates alongside activity and training. Give yourself more than weight alone to review.
What can I learn from my routine?
Use Food Fit, log a meal or measure hydration. As information builds, explore associations and try a manageable habit change.
Can I get my health information together?
Organise records, symptoms, medication schedules and appointments. Share selected information through Thrive Loops.
Compounding over time
The more you wear the Band and the more context you add, the more there is to look across. Week one is a snapshot. Month three is a fingerprint no population average can offer.
Thrive Loops
Progress happens between appointments, training sessions and everyday conversations. Share what you choose with the people supporting you, and change what they see whenever you like.
Why you can trust it
Science and research
Your Band uses five sensing technologies to build a picture of your health and wellbeing. Some results are measurements, others are estimates, and some reveal patterns over time. Thrive helps you understand what each number means and how it relates to you.
Thrive labels results so you can understand where each number comes from.
Measured results come from sensor readings, such as your heart rate.
Estimated results use sensor information to calculate an approximate value, such as body fat.
Derived insights come from patterns in your readings, such as a change from your usual baseline.
What is usual for you matters. Thrive learns your everyday patterns and builds a personal baseline, giving you a reference point for noticing changes in your readings, recovery and activity.
Your baseline starts as Emerging, meaning Thrive is still getting to know your patterns. It becomes Established once enough consistent information has been collected.
The Band takes readings throughout the day and night at regular intervals. Regular wear helps build a picture that includes busy days, quiet days and nights of sleep.
Your first day is the starting point. The longer you wear your Band consistently, the more context you have to understand changes.
Built with rigour. Supported by research.
Thrive works with university research partners and clinical specialists to assess and refine measurements and health insights.
Thrive evaluates the Band’s measurements against reference devices and established measurement methods to assess accuracy, consistency and repeatability. End-to-end testing assesses data integrity across sensor capture, transmission, storage, processing and display in the app and web portal. Derived estimates and pattern-detection algorithms undergo separate evaluation to assess their stability across users and conditions, and their ability to identify changes relative to individual physiological baselines.
The science of Thrive begins with a simple principle: health is better understood as a changing pattern than as a collection of isolated readings. Thrive brings together longitudinal signals including heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep, temperature, activity, recovery, body composition and cuffless blood pressure estimates, then interprets them against each person’s evolving baseline. By examining relationships across multiple signals and over time, Thrive can identify trends, responses and changes that a single measurement or generic population benchmark may miss.
Thrive’s differentiation lies in the intelligence built above the sensor data. It connects physiology with nutrition, mood, lifestyle, health records and user context to develop a more complete picture of everyday wellbeing. Its models translate complex data into personalised insights, correlations and practical guidance. Ask Thrive is how you put a question to that picture, in language you can understand. Thrive is not simply recording what happened. It is building a continuous, individualised understanding of how the body responds, recovers and changes.

For organisations
Thrive provides professional portals that help authorised teams support individuals and understand broader health trends, always on permissions the member controls.
Trainer-facing views are fitness-gated. ECG, lab results, medications and diagnoses are never shown to trainers, whether or not a member wears the Band.
