These terms apply when you buy a Thrive Band and Thrive Plan from thrivehealthband.com. The store is operated by Thrive, part of the Optihealth Group. They sit alongside the Australian Consumer Law, which you cannot contract out of.

The product

A Thrive Plan includes the Band, the mobile app, My Health on the web, your Health Fingerprint, Ask Thrive, Thrive Loops and your data, for the term you choose. Prices on the store are in Australian dollars and include GST. Plans are paid in full at checkout. Nothing renews automatically. At renewal you can renew Thrive Complete for another A$660 and get a new band plus 12 more months of the Thrive Connected Plan, or keep your current band and renew the Thrive Connected Plan for another 12 months at A$240 a year (A$20 a month).

Health information, not medical advice

Thrive is intended to support general health, fitness and wellbeing. Certain measurements are estimates or trend-based indicators. They should not be used independently to diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition. Ask Thrive answers questions about your own recorded information. It is not a consultation and it does not replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Your account and your data

You own the Band and your data. You must keep your login details safe and only share Thrive Loops access with people you trust. Our privacy page explains how we handle personal information. You can delete your Thrive account from the delete account page.

Payment and fulfilment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We take payment when you complete the order. Your Thrive Plan starts when you activate it. We aim to dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping is described on the delivery page.

Launch offers

Introductory prices and free Australia-wide shipping apply only while they are shown on the store. We may end or change a launch offer. An offer already paid for is honoured for that order.
