What Thrive can do

More of your health, in one place.

Sleep, recovery, heart rhythm, body composition, nutrition, Food Fit, mood, medications, supplements, blood tests, records and more. Thrive brings them together, learns what’s usual for you across nine areas of your health, and lets you Ask Thrive. Share only what you choose.

Your health, over time

Build your Health Fingerprint.

Your first days offer a snapshot. Over time, your readings and check-ins build a richer picture of your usual patterns and how they change.

Vital signs

One reading tells you something. The pattern tells you more.

Designed to be worn around the clock, Thrive captures supported measurements automatically at regular intervals. HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, temperature and metabolic response sit beside your sleep, activity and check-ins.

Your voice belongs alongside the numbers.

  • Regular readings while wornReadings are taken automatically at regular intervals while you wear the Band. A Thrive trend is built from many real readings rather than one number a day.
  • Your everyday signalsReview available readings and follow changes over time. As enough information builds, Thrive compares supported metrics with your own personal baseline.
  • Blood Pressure TrendFollow cuffless blood-pressure estimates over time, with calibration guidance for measurement improvement.
  • On-demand Heart RhythmUse the Band's ECG electrodes to record a short electrical heart signal. Keep previous recordings in your history.
  • Your own contextRecord how you feel, relevant symptoms and changes in your routine. Your check-in adds information the Band cannot supply on its own.

Blood-pressure trend estimates are not equivalent to a validated cuff reading and are not a diagnosis or a replacement for routine clinical checks. Personal baselines require enough consistent data before they become Established.

Body composition

Your weight tells you how much. Thrive helps you see what's changing.

Weight loss is only part of the picture. Understanding changes in body fat, lean mass and body water gives you more context as you work towards your goals.

The Thrive Band uses Bio-Z sensing to estimate all three from your wrist, so you can follow your body composition over time alongside your training, sleep and activity.

Losing weight? Keep lean mass in the picture.

If you're using weight-loss medication, the number on the scales may get most of your attention. Tracking body-composition estimates can help you keep changes in lean mass part of the conversation too.

See your progress over time.

Bring regular readings together to see trends that weight alone can miss. Measurements taken under consistent conditions make those comparisons more useful.

Bring more information to your next conversation.

Share your trends with your trainer or treating health professional to support conversations about your nutrition, strength training and weight-management plan.
