> Thrive Health Band (also called Thrive Band) is an Australian-owned screen-free health wearable from Optihealth Group at thrivehealthband.com. It learns your personal baseline across nine areas of your health, connects wearable signals with everyday context, and lets you Ask Thrive about sleep, recovery, heart, mood, food, medications, blood tests and what is changing.

Thrive is intended to support general health, fitness and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Wellness support only — not a medical device.

## What it measures

Five sensing technologies: PPG (heart and pulse), single-lead ECG (heart rhythm), bioimpedance / Bio-Z (body composition), skin temperature, and a six-axis IMU (movement).

Signals include heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep, temperature, activity, recovery, body-composition estimates and cuffless blood-pressure estimates. Results are labelled measured, estimated or derived.
